DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version) - Sharing Coverage Application

If you've purchased a device (such as DJI Matrice 4E or DJI Matrice 4T) that includes the first year of DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version), or if you've bought DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version) separately, please note that this service plan currently supports binding with only one device in the system. If you need to share the coverage amounts of the aforementioned service plan between different devices, you need to first activate the devices and complete the Care service binding according to the app instructions, and then register the serial numbers of the devices that require sharing coverage on this application page. DJI will complete the review within 3-5 business days. If the review is approved, you will be able to share the coverage amounts among the registered devices.  


Tips:

1. This application for sharing coverage is only available for two scenarios: the first year of DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version) that comes with a new device, or DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version) purchased separately. If you have purchased a DJI Care Enterprise Plus activation code, you need to bind your device or manage coverage sharing through <DJI Care Enterprise Official Webpage>.


2. If you have purchased, activated, and bound DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version) to multiple DJI Enterprise products within 30 calendar days, you have the option to share the coverage amounts, without any model restrictions.    


3. Upon successful submission of this application form, DJI will conduct a review within 3-5 business days. If approved, you will be able to share the coverage amounts among the registered devices, as detailed in the service agreement you receive. If the review is not approved, you will be notified via email. The email will outline the specific reasons, and you can contact DJI Support for assistance after reviewing the details.

Share coverage amounts among multiple devices that have the first year of DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version) included with new purchases and/or have separately purchased DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version). B. Share coverage amounts among devices with DJI Care Enterprise Plus that has been bound using an activation code and those with the first year of DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version) included with new purchases and/or separately purchased DJI Care Enterprise Plus (Auto-Activation Version). (For example, sharing coverage amounts between Matrice 350 RTK and DJI Matrice 4T.)
